My friend was in a theatrical production of the show Dancing at Lughnasa. The show was very boring, and I somehow missed that Lughnasa is a holiday, and not a location, so I was surprised to see that this time of year’s celebration is called Lughansa!

Inside the Box
I already got the smaller version of this in my July Witch & Ohm box, but I guess an extra big version is okay.
These Book of Shadows pages contain a history of Lughnassadh, the old and new ways of celebrating, spells, divinations, correspondences, and a cauldron spirit. I’m not quite sure what a cauldron spirit is, but I don’t have a cauldron.
Sunflower stickers! I haven’t a clue what they are for, but I do love sunflowers and stickers are always fun.
A nice little bag of incense that contains: frankincense, sunflower, mugwort, rose, rosemary, lavender, and citrine.
I haven’t been drinking tea much since I got pregnant, so our tea collection just keeps growing. This tea is to celebrate Lughnasadh and is a raspberry earl grey. It contains black tea, orange peel, safflower, and natural essences. I’m assuming the latter is where the raspberry comes from.
This is a wonderful-smelling shower gel, and the first shower gel I believe I’ve received from Spiral Rain! I love soaps and shower gel is the next best thing. There are a lot of ingredients I don’t know, but the following ingredients contribute to the scent: sandalwood, rosemary, and lavender.
Also a lovely perfume with sandalwood, rosemary, and lavender.
I have no idea what a spell jar is, but I think it looks really cool.
My house is overflowing with tea, but now also candles. The scent of this one is not my favourite, but it is absolutely gorgeous to look at. The colours and the placement of the adornments are excellent.
Overall Impression
I hope at some point I can catch up on everything so that I can actually understand what it is that I’m receiving and what I’m supposed to do with it. Actually, I’ve been complaining for over a year now, so I guess it’s time to admit that I’m the problem.
