The Mystery Bags were our fun introduction to Friday Sock Co. I didn’t really know anything about them prior to this, and it was a great time being surprised by all of the random pairs of mismatched socks. I had no idea what we were getting, and Tony didn’t know he’d be getting another 20 pairs on top of the 24 from Sockbox’s Advent Calendar as well as those from his regular monthly subscriptions. It was quite funny.
It was a bit disappointing, though, to get a discount code after I’d already made these expensive purchases, but there you have it. Makes sense for the company, but me miserable.

We were quite happy with all the variety of socks, and they feel quite soft. The seed-filled hang tags were a delightful surprise, and the fact that the rest are mostly just cardboard and thread is a huge bonus. I love seeing companies making the initiative to reduce plastic waste.
