The month of love.
One thing I would really love is for the Tea Runners Canadian Shop to have more options of flavours and sizes. I would gladly purchase 5oz bags of some of my favourite teas, but only the small bags are an option. This ends up not being cost effective, not to mention taking up more space. It also makes it quite difficult to get free shipping (must spend $75 to get free shipping). The American website offers free shipping for orders over $45US. Not only do they have more selection of the teas and their sizes, but they can access free shipping at a lower price point. They also have the ability to mark their favourite teas in their accounts. I sure hope that one day that the Canadian site will be on par with the American one.

Inside the Box
Here’s what’s included in the original February 2023 box:
- Valentine Blend
- White Cherry
- Lavender Raspberry Honeybush
- Fancy Darjeeling Black
These all seem delightfully in theme with February and we’re (as always) excited to try them.
There is a QR code on this month’s card with a special offer for subscribers: $15 off any order of $100+. That’s not too shabby, except that it’s difficult to reach $100 unless you’re ordering many small packs of tea, which isn’t as cost effective as buying the bigger packs, which aren’t available in Canada. If you’re an American subscriber you won’t have this problem.
It is nice, though, that they offer discounts for current subscribers. I’ve felt for a couple decades now that in many businesses there are too many offers extended to entice new customers and very few to keep current customers, so I appreciate the effort.
