It’s May and we’ve got a pair of socks with very fall colours and a nod to Canadiana with maple leaves and poutine. Odd time of year methinks, but I’ll take it. I think most of the world forgets about Canada, even Canadians ourselves, which is part of the reason I started this blog. Having a world power speaking the same language next door drowns out our own products, innovations, and culture. I’d like to change that. Not necessarily with this blog, but with other projects that are in the works.

Inside the Box
I’ve been seeing “Maple Leafs” so often because it’s playoff season for the NHL I almost wrote that. Actually I did write that, was embarrassed, and deleted it.
This pair says that it has a “No-Feel Toe Link”, which is trademarked.
The washing instructions say to not put in the dryer, but then it says to tumble dry to size down. Fascinating. I’ve encountered dozens of these songs and this is the first time I’ve noticed that.
