May in this part of the world seems to be when the sun finally comes out. Then June arrives and we get a full on Junuary. That is, a very wet month.

Inside the Box
For some reason this month I didn’t get a digital grimoire or the digital courses. I only fully read through one grimoire in my subscription because they’re just so jam packed full of information that I mostly don’t understand. I generally just flip through them to see if something catches my eye, or if I’m specifically looking something up.

I’m only realizing now that the incense holder is upside down. I kind of like it better that way as I prefer the moons on top.
This month’s witch box contains 5 items:
- Book
- Candle
- Perfume
- Incense Holder
- Incense

This is a beautifully done book that was published in 2022. There’s even a section on the power of cleaning with lemons!

The moss on this candle is such a good touch. The colour is very vibrant and it gives a nice-looking texture. The agates on top remind me of my childhood when we used to go hunt for them in the river bed.
The scent profile is sweet and earthy.
This is unsurprisingly a very earthy scent. It reminds me of a wet log in the best way. Tony smelled it on me and found it extra appealing and spicy. His whole face lit up.
Now I’ve got it the right way up. It’s pretty funky looking. Probably not going to be my favourite incense holder, now that I have so many, but we’ll see.
I love love love patchouli. I don’t know what it is about it, but it’s basically like catnip for me except it doesn’t make me high. Is there a greater non-flower scent than patchouli?

This month’s Ohm box contains 5 items:
- Mist
- Candle
- Bath Salts
- Tea
- Moonstone set
This mist smells ridiculously good. It reminds me of the best parts of camping. It’s only sandalwood, rose, and lemon, but it is absolutely perfect. I don’t want to stop smelling it. The scent profile also morphs and changes. It’s really fascinating. Highly recommend.

This candle is lemony ginger with citrine and dried violet on top. The scent is sweet with a touch of citrus.
This is a giant bag for a very small amount of bath salts. It’s like a chip bag where they’re mostly air. This is about 1/3 full at 285g. I don’t see or feel a moonstone inside of this bag, so I think that might explain the small, second moonstone that we received. The contents list only mentioned one, whereas the ingredients of the bath salts includes one.
TIL that “tulsi” is the same as “holy basil”. That is one of the ingredients in this tea. I have a feeling that I’m not going to like this one, as it also contains licorice and fennel, which are two plants I cannot stand. Add that I got food poisoning in Ecuador after eating a basil-heavy pesto and I’m not in for a great time. I’m slowly working on getting over that aversion, so I will definitely try it, but I don’t have high hopes.
As I said before, I think that the small one was supposed to be in the bath salts, but missed getting packaged in. The palm stone is quite large and is nice to hold. Neither of them have much of a rainbow aspect to them.
Overall Impression
Once again I’m very happy with this month’s box. The only complaint I have is not having received the digital grimoire or this month’s courses. I’m not sure if it’s because something happened to my e-mail address, because I was receiving e-mails fine until May, or if there is something going on with the company. The last non-shipping related e-mail I got was April 15.
Once my Loti Wellness subscription is done I’m thinking of adding the Witch Class and/or Sabbat boxes.
