I really enjoy buying things for Tony, so when I stumbled across a Canadian men’s subscription box I was delighted. They are, probably unsurprisingly, uncommon!

These expired on September 1 sadly, and it is September 9th at the time of writing. We also got this exact bag in the July Big Snacker Box. I’ve got two expired and uneaten bags of popcorn now. To eat stale popcorn or to give it to the chickens? Hmm…
Angie’s Boom Chicka Pop started in a garage in Minnesota.
So this says it has a great smell, and that is true. It is also made of 95% natural origins, but the second ingredient (after water) is sodium laureth sulfate, which is a reorganized compound of sodium lauryl sulfate.
Inecto is a company from the UK that produces cruelty-free, vegan, products that contain some organic and sustainably-sourced ingredients.
So far we’ve received grapefruit coconut sparkling water, ginger lemon soda, root beer, and now the vintage cola. We’ll have tried all the soda line with this lot.
Thirsty Buddha is a Canadian company that has a passion for healthy living and good food.
This deodorant smells pretty decent and contains no aluminum or parabens. It also doesn’t contain baking soda, which is great because our pits tend to be sensitive.
Earthwise is made in Canada and is a family-owned company.
Yet another scalp scrubber. Not a bad thing, just too many of them.
This mini sampler only has 3 of the 6 flavours available in the regular trial pack.
We received:

They are free of sugar, carbs, gluten, and calories. They are vegan and keto friendly with no artificial sweeteners. They contain stevia for sweetness.
To use, one simply adds a pack to 16 fl oz of water and mixes well.
Ultima Replenisher is made in the USA.
We received two sample flavours: vanilla & dark chocolate from the extra energy line. They contain 11 energy-enhancing super foods.

I don’t know who manufactures this bracelet, but it is pretty nice. I cannot be 100% certain, but it looks like it’s made of hematite and lava rock.
Another one of these, which makes 4 in total from this brand. Haven’t tried it yet, but we really enjoy hot sauce in this household.
La Pimenterie is a Quebec company that was founded in 2016.
I understand putting tape on the caps of the liquid products, but man is it annoying to remove.
This soap doesn’t smell the greatest, and is very liquidy. If it doesn’t foam, which it doesn’t look like it will, I can’t see it lasting very long.
Auromère is an American company and “has been a leading importer of Ayurvedic products since 1979.” It is owned by a non-profit and is run by members and volunteers as part of their spiritual practice.

This seems decent, with various pouches for carrying different objects. Its utility can only be verified with use, however. We have no plans to travel soon.
Overall Impression
This box is supposed to contain 8-10 premium items. It looks like we’ve got 9 items and 2 packs of samples. Not too shabby. I’m not feeling that I got my money’s worth, but it doesn’t help that we received 3 doubles in this box. That’s one thing about The Balanced Company I wouldn’t recommend: getting multiple subscriptions. There is too much of a chance of receiving multiples of the same products.
