Inside the Box
I’m not totally against painting my belly and I have considered getting henna at some point, but these stencils are so cheesy, and the paint colours are cheesy as well. They’re like a paint set you’d get for a toddler.
I’m also not against having photos in frames that I can hang up with clothes pegs. However, I don’t like the captions on these. It really limits what you can put in the frames. Why not let us write the captions?
I hate balloons. They are an unnecessary evil in this world.
I don’t like the cheese! I also don’t need any more shirts for sleeping in. It is a lot bigger than the last shirt that I received in this box, so that’s a plus. It goes down to my knees, so I would term it a nightgown rather than a sleep shirt. I haven’t had a nightgown in over a decade.
This is actually pretty cute. The letters and symbols aren’t great quality, though. They don’t snap off, so you have to cut them to remove them. This means they all end up with little nubs on them. I’m more likely to use it for messages for Tony or for selling things on the farm cart than for baby announcements.
Overall Impression
This box reminds me that I am not the target audience. I guess I am not the typical pregnant woman, and that’s okay. It just means that I’m not as impressed as someone else might be with the items.
