Inside the Box
It’s nice to have a Halloween-themed box during the month of October. Anyone who doesn’t do thanksgiving (in Canada) or Halloween-themed boxes during this month is really missing out on a great opportunity for fun. I know not everyone appreciates Halloween, but there are lots of ways to make it fun, not scary, and accessible to most. I think DuraPaw did a great job of it.
This month DuraPaw also released its new rippables, which are plush-covered toys with a durable ball inside.
First up we’ve got some nicely themed Happy Halloween pumpkin & cinnamon dog treats. They smell good enough for me to eat, and they’ve got a satisfying crunch to them. Full list of ingredients: chickpea flour, ground flax seeds, pumpkin puree, molasses, potato flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.
This bandana came in the striped package with the paw sticker. It seems to be of a microfibre material and has a perfectly themed pattern on it with nice colours.
This is one of the new 2-in-1 rippable line that DuraPaw has introduced. It has an adorable face and Coco is already excited to get her maw on it.
In this house we cannot have too many balls. They get lost all the time and then found again. This is quite a large ball and will be good for chewing on as well playing.
This is absolutely adorable. I love bats, and the colours are great as well. As with all snuffle products, you can hide kibble or treats inside the flaps to add a little bit of a brain challenge for your pup.
I love the colour of this. Now Tony and I can each have one. We’re always forgetting poop bags, so we have pockets in most of our jackets stuffed with free ones that we gather and then forget about. This particular poop bag holder is on sale, so if you like it as much as I do, you can scoop one up a little more cheaply!
Overall Impression
I’m so happy about the Halloween theme of this box. The snuffle bat and ghost are absolutely adorable, and the poop bag dispenser is indispensable. The treats, the bandana… everything in this box is great!
