I find it interesting what makes something a “men’s” product. Along those lines, what makes a “women’s” product? It’s really just social conditioning since most products can be useful for both sexes most of the time. Tony benefits from the women’s boxes, and I benefit from the men’s boxes. It’s still interesting.

How on earth is this $41? It feels like it’s made of cheap plastic. I have a roller of the same size that seems to function much better. It says there is high-density EVA foam, but there’s only foam on the handles, and it’s such a thin layer, why even mention it?
Maji Sports is based in California.
From what I can tell, this sauce has a best before date of December, 2023. We did get this box in October, so I guess it’s a bit my fault that we opened it so late and that it took so long for me to blog about it (It’s January 11 at the time of writing). Still, giving someone 6 weeks to consume a product is not enough. I guess that’s why it was included in the box. Easy way for the company to get rid of a lot of product that they probably otherwise wouldn’t be able to sell.
Tabañero is based in Florida.
Though it looks pretty cheaply made, it’s got some great features. The tension apparently can be adjusted from 5kg to 60kg, making it easy to increase the difficulty as you get stronger. The caveat to this is that you can only guess what tension it is at.
Another nice feature is the rep count, though resetting it is a bit of a pain in the butt. I would have preferred a one button press to reset as opposed to a push and turn which doesn’t always properly line up.
JerkFit appears to be an American company based out of Texas.
I’m not a huge fan of Mrs. Meyer’s. I’ve tried a few products at this point and nothing has stood out to me enough for me to purchase again. I actually find the lemon verbena scent of the dish soap from the Kitchen Essentials Bundle to be a bit offensive. This hand soap, however, actually smells quite nice.
Mrs. Meyer’s is now owned by SC Johnson, but was originally inspired by Mrs. Thelma A Meyer, and started by one of her daughters.
An immune-supporting supplement containing avocado, vitamin c, vitamin d, zinc, and copper. We still haven’t tried the other Metavo products, but right now is a good time to boost the immune system. So many viruses going around at the moment.
I still don’t really know what this is, but it contains 100% natural terpenes… whatever those are. This can be used for aromatherapy or as a natural flavour additive. Okay.

This hand balm is made in Austria.
It smells a little bit like diaper cream coming out of the tube, and it’s not too greasy.
We also received this is the Women’s Lifestyle Box Summer 2023.
Tony loves soap, (who doesn’t?), and was recently complaining that we don’t have enough. This is despite having a box full of soaps. In any case, he was delighted to see this bar of soap. We haven’t tried this brand yet.
I’m actually really surprised that this bar of soap only costs $4. I don’t remember the last time I saw a bar of natural soap for such a decent price, especially since the first ingredient is olive oil.
Crate 61 is from Toronto, Ontario, and was started in a kitchen!
This tube of toothpaste is made of metal, and because of that, is apparently recyclable. The best part of this toothpaste is that it includes a metal toothpaste key. The worst thing about this toothpaste is that it expired January 2024. Geez.
This toothpaste does contain xylitol, so be careful if you have pets!
Davids is from Temecula, California and manufactures their toothpaste in the USA from 98% USA origin ingredients.
Overall Impression
This was a decent box. It’s too bad that the toothpaste and the hot sauce expired before getting a chance to use them.
