Inside the Box
I have quite a few pairs of slippers, but most don’t offer much cushion. I find that at this stage in my pregnancy cushion is extremely helpful. Therefore these are very welcomed as they have a fair bit of cushioning.
I don’t like this candle. Tony enjoys the scent, but I find it nauseating. It is apparently white tea and cedarwood, but I have a hard time believing that. It smells sweeter and spicier than either of those scents.
This is actually a fairly decent massage roller. The handle makes it really easy to massage areas like my forearms, which are always extremely tight. I’m sure it’ll work well on my calves, too, which are also tight and swollen. This is definitely a win!
I have some gua shas, but I think I like this better. It really keeps the cold in the jade, making for a refreshing roll on the face. I have very tight jaw muscles, so this is a great way to massage them out. It’s nice that it comes in a carrying case that tells you exactly what is inside.
I appreciate this exfoliating glove. I like using a scrub to wash myself, and though this may be too soft to actually do any exfoliating, it’s easier to use than a cloth.
Overall Impression
This is definitely my favourite box so far from Bump to Mom. This is the first time I didn’t completely roll my eyes at everything. Everything but the candle I will be happy to use and I’m okay with Mama Bear slippers. That’s slipper appropriate talk.
