I am looking forward to trying these. They require no baking, and you only need a nut butter and honey or maple syrup. If you need to be nut free, they recommend replacing the nut butter with applesauce, mashed banana, or yogurt. It is touted to make 26-30 bites. Yum!

These were seriously the bomb and I loved eating them during and after labour.
I’m not sure if this company is still around as the website is defunct and they haven’t posted on Instagram or Facebok since 2022. In any case this foam is a way to soothe the perineal area. For vaginal births, this is a very good item.

Raspberry leaves have long been used to help with labour. It’s interesting that they’ve mixed it in a rooibos tea, and I wonder if it’s to improve the flavour. As I’m 38 weeks pregnant, I should really start drinking this tea to prepare myself.

These nursing pads are made of 100% cotton flannel & 100% mixed fibres fleece. Perhaps counter-intuitively, the fleece side is supposed to face out. I would have thought the pineapples would face out. Thankfully these are washer and dryer friendly!

Having a nipple butter is great to have on hand in case there is any soreness from breastfeeding. I’ve heard from some people that it’s extremely painful for the first few weeks, and from others that there should be no issues at all. We’ll see how it goes for me. Even if I don’t need it for my nipples, I can use it for moisturizing other areas.

This is a muslin swaddle blanket made of 100% cotton. It says it’s made for baby’s sensitive skin, but it is very scratchy. I hope it softens with washing otherwise it will be used for the other purpose suggested: as a cover for a car seat or stroller.

Overall Impression
Another fantastic box from Preggo Box. I’m especially looking forward to trying the energy bites and using the raspberry rooibos tea.
