Little Treasures Learning Tower
Having a toddler is a busy time. Mine often wants to see what’s going on, but be involved in his own way. A learning tower was a must for our house.

There are a lot of learning towers out there. So many different types: some foldable, some handmade, some janky Ikea hacks I’ve seen on Marketplace. I eventually settled on Little Treasures. I had been seeing their ads for months, and after a fair amount of research I decided they were the best option for us.

Overall Impression
I’m not sure what I was expecting, maybe something more bomb proof, but those little winged feet aren’t going to stop this tower from tipping over. It will be important to teach my toddler how to be safe in it, as I have caught him rocking it in all sorts of directions. At least he’s mostly stopped trying to climb out.
I originally removed the bottom bar with the idea that my toddler would be able to climb up and down on his own, but with the platform at its highest and the second bar still there, the angle was too steep and he wasn’t able to figure it out. I had to put the bottom bar back on and I have now resigned myself to helping him in and out for the time being. I will try it again when he gets taller and we can lower the platform.
I had fun putting it together, and it was fairly easy. Some of the holes didn’t quite line up, but I managed to make it work. I have recently become a fan of white, after realizing it brightens up our dark house, so am quite happy with the white and wood combination. It is light, hence not being bomb proof, so it is easy to move around. When we first got it, my toddler was obsessed with it. Now his feelings about it are more calm, but he still enjoys being able to access the counter. Though relatively expensive, it was definitely a good purchase for our home.
The Goods:
- Canadian company
- Comparatively nice looking
- Adjustable
- Non-toxic finishes
- Smooth edges
- Solid wood
The Not-So-Goods:
- Not totally bomb proof (are any of them?)
- Not easy for toddler to climb in and out at certain settings
- More expensive than other options
- Made in China
Overall I am quite happy with my purchase and I would recommend this learning tower to others.
