Honeysuckle Swim Company – Sunsuit Review

Honeysuckle Swim Company Running Wild Sunsuit

At a year, my son was unsurprisingly outgrowing his 6-month swimsuit, so I decided to get him a high visibility, full coverage one for our trip to Hawaii. I hate sunscreen, so the less I have to slather on, the better.

Cost: $45

My cost: $47.25

Picking up the swimsuit was not the easiest. The place to pick up was only open M/W/F from 9-4. If I were working most jobs, that would not have been possible.

Overall Impression

I bought the 12-18 month size, and it’s done quite well on my small baby. He’s worn it plenty of times at various beaches, swimming pools, and water parks. It does still have sand in it, 5 months later, but I’m not sure that can be helped. It is a little worn on the bum and legs, which I think is to be expected. I like that it covers the full arms and legs at this age. His previous swimsuit didn’t cover the full legs, which was fine at the time as he only ever used it in an indoor pool. Overall, I don’t really have any complaints about this sun suit. It has served us well and has plenty of use left in it.
