Go Coconut Cocohop Mini Review

Go Coconut Cocohop Mini

Despite having gone for the Cushy Couch, I wanted to try something from Go Coconut. They seem like such a fun brand. I had been searching on Facebook Marketplace, but there was nothing from Go Coconut available in my area that wasn’t either grey or beige. When I saw the pre-order for the bounce pads, I thought this was a great opportunity to jump on. They were offering 35% off the retail price. I bought two: one in lilac lush and one in tropical teal. Funnily enough, they did not arrive on the same day.

Manufactured in: Montreal, Quebec (sewing), China (core)

Company Base: Montreal, Quebec

Go Coconut purchases their micro brushed velveteen fabric from China, and their bounce core is also manufactured in China, however they sew their products in Canada.

Tropical Teal Top

The bounce pads did not come compressed. I think that would be silly if they did. They slid right out of their boxes.

Non-slip bottom

The grippy bottom helps to keep the bounce pads from slipping.

Handle

One of the sides has a handle for easier moving. This is fantastic!

Overall Impression

This is such a great product. Even I have enjoyed jumping on them. If I had more disposable money and a larger space, I would definitely buy more. The colours are also quite fun. The micro brushed velveteen is not as soft as the Cushy Couch’s micro suede, but I feel that it would be better for gripping while jumping.

The Goods:

  • CertiPUR-US Certified foam
  • Sewn in Canada

The Not-So-Goods:

  • Not fully manufactured in Canada

Good for People Who:

  • Want a safe cushion they or their kids can jump on

Overall I would recommend these bounce pads to parents wanting to add something fun for their kids to play on inside.
