Overall Impression

I wanted to like these a lot more than I do. They are really beautiful and reasonably priced for what they are, but there are many things about them that frustrate me and make me turn away from them when choosing which nursing pads to use. First off, it says that they are topped with organic bamboo fleece. That is the least fleecy fleece I have ever encountered. I don’t know if the manufacturing has changed since they first listed the contents, or I just don’t understand what fleece is. Either way, they aren’t any softer than a cotton shirt. Sometimes the knit side is softer. Sometimes they stick to my nipples, which I don’t like. Second, they take forever to dry. You’re not supposed to put them in the dryer. I do it anyway and sometimes it still takes more than a day air drying afterwards. It’s just not reasonable to wait that long for them to dry. Third, it says they have “a trim design to remain discreet in your nursing bra.” No, they are not discreet. None of them are, really, but I wish they’d stop advertising that they are.
